The Fleet Feet Training Club is an all abilities, training club. This training session is a 8 week session geared towards those who are new to running or returning to running. You will train with other runners of your ability in a knowledgeable, fun training environment.
The coaching plans are all designed by two time Olympian and IAAF Level 5 Endurance Coach Kathy Butler. In store seminars, expert advice, a welcoming environment and special club only offers will get you fit while having fun.
The program, like Fleet Feet Sports, is all-inclusive. It knows no shape, size or speed. This is a great opportunity to get fit with knowledgeable coaches, expert advice and fun training partners.
