Greetings Friends of Fleet Feet Boulder!

My name is Graham Stoner, and I've had the good pleasure of meeting some of you either in the store or during No Boundaries sessions. 

I am head coach of the No Boundaries training program at Fleet Feet Sports in Boulder. I want to invite you to join us for our BOLDER BOULDER program that starts on March 3rd. You can sign up for the program at the store anytime between now and then. 

 

I want to take a moment to introduce myself to those of you I've not met and also give you an idea of what I envision for this "ROLLIN' BOULDER" No Boundaries program.

As someone who re-entered the running world about six years ago, I know how intimidating that first few steps can be...especially in a town like Boulder that is full of fantastic athletes. During that first run six years ago, I actually couldn't run a whole mile without stopping. A former high school district hurdling champion in Pennsylvania, I was REALLY discouraged. I struggled on my own for a while until I found a group of people in the same boat with a coach at the helm. I quickly learned how fun running can be and also the amazing bond that forms between us and our fellow runners.

My personal goal for this program is to create a safe, intimidation-free environment where ANYBODY can get a fair sampling of what it feels like to experience running and enjoy it. In that type of environment, new runners can feel empowered, encourage each other, and begin to experience the true magic of a running group/community. I especially look forward seeing our group achieve goals they may have thought were unattainable.

I truly hope you will consider joining us for the upcoming No Boundaries program and/or sharing it with others who might be interested in experiencing running.
