Fleet Feet Training Club Summer to Fall 16 Week Training Group

Info. session Wednesday, July 13th at 7pm.

Fleet Feet Training Club is for all runners of all abilities.


The Fleet Feet Training Club is for all levels of runners from those who have just completed their first 5 or 10km to seasoned marathoners with everything in between. There will be groups based on training speed as well as event you are training for from 5km to 50km. There will be coaches and mentors for each group with the training plans written by Kathy Butler, 2 x Olympian and IAAF Level 5 Endurance Coach. 

For the first time we will be planning to take a group out of state to the Moab Trail Half November 5-6th. This is an optional race and entry is not guaranteed or included with the training club. 

The program's training sessions will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 PM and Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM.


ALL paces and abilities are welcome. 

 PRIMARY GOAL: Build/Foster community and enjoy EVERY step along the way!

SECONDARY GOAL: Train for and run a race of your choosing!

Program Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-715pm, Saturday 800am
Goal Race: Moab Trail Half Marathon, Moab Trail Marathon, Denver Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon and many others.
Program Fee: $250
Description: Train with us for your spring and early summer marathon goals We will train together three days a week, you will receive a weekly training plan with all of your runs for the week as well as training tips. We will also have clinics with local experts.
