The Fleet Feet Training Club is for all levels of runners from those who have just completed their first 5 or 10km to seasoned marathoners with everything in between. There will be groups based on training speed as well as event you are training for from 5km to 50km. There will be coaches and mentors for each group with the training plans written by Kathy Butler, 2 x Olympian and IAAF Level 5 Endurance Coach.
For the first time we will be planning to take a group out of state to the Moab Trail Half November 5-6th. This is an optional race and entry is not guaranteed or included with the training club.
The program's training sessions will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 PM and Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM.
