ALL paces and abilities are welcome.
"Long Runs" will be on Sunday mornings at various locations around Boulder, and there will be an optional "Speed" workout on Wednesday nights.
PRIMARY GOAL: Build/Foster community and enjoy EVERY step along the way!
SECONDARY GOAL: Train for and run a ½ Marathon
-A 5-mile base
-A positive “team” mentality
